Warranty Period:

This Frappe Mixer is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or the entire unit, at our discretion, free of charge.

Coverage:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It includes malfunctions resulting from normal usage, provided the product is used and maintained according to the accompanying user manual.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors not related to manufacturing defects. It also does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, such as blades or attachments.

Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@frappemixers.com.au. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and, if necessary, photographs of the defective product. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the product for inspection.

Resolution:

Upon inspection and verification of the defect, we will either repair or replace the faulty part or the entire unit, depending on the nature of the issue. If a replacement is deemed necessary, it will be provided with the same or similar model, depending on availability.

Shipping Costs:

If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you. However, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to our service center.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as specified in this warranty statement. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or use.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your rights as a consumer under applicable laws.
